So hard at the time, but once again, a moment of failure is success. The glass “headball gatherer” is glassblowing gone wrong. Lynne-Rachel Altman could tell you how. She generously gave me the gatherer when I needed a weird pearl for my nude in the Shell sign. Where is that invitation?

Powerful, Present Moment happened when the glass headball gatherer was wedded to the steel hunk of engine being cut up by torch at the metal dump. I remember schlepping it home on the bus! It was a few years before the glass and the steel found each other, and then they took off with my homemade base, that mahogany base i made by cutting up the gameboard. It was perfect when the patron took it... All these successes formed from failure!
