The glass is from “Neither Here Nor There,” a piece about ART & LIFE, the theme of artists of this time. I use my semi-reflective film to carve out more of my geography of the unknown. There is a 1/2" hole drilled into the middle of the glass, just to draw more clearance between the two sides of art & life.

I made one of my black sand patches, a mysterious island of the unknown and planted a wheelchair with the wheels sawed in half in the middle of the mire of sand. A snarl of rusted barbed wire further entangles the progress of this wheelchair occupant, which could be you if the mirrored part of this glass is correct. I made the barbed wire out of monofilament at first, in a high state of denial.
